Wedded Bliss

Brandi got married in Feb. 2008 and contacted me about making a wall hanging quilt
from her wedding dress, a bridesmaid's dress and the flower girl's dress.  Since she
got married near Valentine's Day, the bridesmaids wore red. 
Below are some close
up photos and details plus photos of the dress before I cut it up:
 

The bow was on the back of the flower
girl's dress and the jewel on the bow
was from the bridesmaid's dress.

The red piece in the middle of the
heart is covered with netting from
the flower girl's dress.

 

The beads around this heart were
taken from the top front edge of the
wedding dress (see photos below).

The red part in the middle is from the
bottom edge of the wedding dress
(see photos below).

 

The fabric with the beads are
from the front of the wedding
dress (see photos below).

The center is from the
front of the wedding dress
(see photos below).
