This is a "Fabric Mosaic."  Little pieces of fabric are secured to a backing
fabric and a netting is placed over the top then it is quilted.
The netting provides the "sparkle" you see in the photo. A piece of teal colored yarn is secured on top of the mosaic with a few strands sticking out of the mat.
The black frame is included.

Frame size is 5.5" x 14", art size is 3.25" x 3.25" each.
